The Walking Group meets at 10.15am for a 10.30am start on the third Friday of the month. The walks are usually local and around 2 to 3 miles in length. Various venues are chosen by the members according to the time of year, weather, interesting aspects and flora and fauna.

There is no designated leader but Walkers volunteer month by month to lead and choose a venue by consensus.
